She isn't a little girl anymore...she's a young lady!
Catherine is no longer the young girl she used to be...she is growing up so fast, wish I could put a brick on her head and slow her down.

The beginning of our Journey
I"m going to attempt to post more regularly..we shall see how long it lasts.
Clarence and I want to start a family..it's something we have thought about for a long time, and have even tried in the past, but now we have come to a realization that we are not getting any younger and now is the time.
After many doctor visits and tests, we now know that we are going to need assistance with this dream and acknowledge that it may not be an easy road.
August 10th we had our first IUI attempt after an almost 2 year break. On the 17th I go for a progesterone test and the following week (24th) they will do bloodwork to see if the IUI was successful.
If not, we will do another round of Clomid and another IUI in September. I'm not sure how many months we will attempt the IUI before looking at other meds with the IUI or other procedures.
On other news..
we bought a new refridgerator!! How exciting is that??!?!? Let me tell you....it's HUGE!!
we currently have a fridge that was given to us by my grandparents that I remember getting my cup out of as a child. the new fridge has an ice machine!! (I have never had an ice machine!) and water in the door! hopefully the plumber can run a water line without too much trouble. It's going to be delivered on Saturday which gives me 2 days to get the current fridge cleaned off and ready to leave..our salesperson last night has been waiting for someone to retire a fridge because he knows a church that needs one..so our old fridge is going to be donated to them.glad that someone can use it and that its not just going to a junk yard somewhere.
